We operate the Site to sell skincare/beauty products (“Products”). Products are for external cosmetic use only unless stated otherwise on the label.

- We generally do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Claims: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video showing:
- the issue,
- the outer packaging,
- and the shipping label.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
